Originally from Chicago, Illinois, Victor Hawks made his way out East after high school to Washington DC, where he attended The Catholic University of America for Musical Theatre. Directly from college, he wanted to tackle the big stage so he moved to New York City. In a short time he booked his first Broadway show, joining the original company of Urinetown the Musical. From there he made Broadway his home for the next 10 years starring in shows like the Producers, playing the dream role of Jean Val Jean in Les Miserables, and playing Stewpot in the Tony Award winning revival of South Pacific at Lincoln Center.

Although Victor has a true love for the stage, his true passion has always existed in writing TV/ and Film. During the Producer years, as he calls them, he started writing his first play, Construction (First draft 167 pages). Dozens of readings later, and a near brush with getting Construction produced on Broadway, he knew that the true audience for this piece was for the screen, so the play became a screenplay, and the rest is history.

After South Pacific, Victor made the move out West to see what he could do with his screen writing dreams. He met Malcolm on the first day he arrived, and the two men just instantly clicked on all of the levels of creativity, and once Angie met Malcolm, she knew he was the right guy to complete the partnership. A few months later Victor, Angie, and Malcolm filmed Construction back in it's original home of New York City. After the filming of this movie, Victor knew that this partnership would stick. After Construction Victor, Malcolm, and Angie formed Vision Vehicle Productions. Under the umbrella of Vision Vehicle productions, Victor wrote and produced Vision Vehicle's 2nd film, called Pass The Light. He is currently writing and developing over 8 films and 12 TV pilots. Such upcoming projects on the film side include Trigger w/ Malcolm Goodwin. Finding Faith, The Road to You, Into The Sunset and The Jury. Projects he is developing on the TV side include Pinguis Unus - the story of the only fat vampire, Happy Place, Super Star, and many more.
